Our Story
What started as the purchase of an old mansion to turn into long term rentals has resulted in the creation of Irish Jones Hospitality and our transition into short and medium term rental accommodation. Part way into the renovation of 617 Niagara St. in Buffalo we took a second look at our prime lower west side location and the unique character of the building and decided it would be a shame not to share this experience with more people.
It is now our mission to share our passion for the craft of 19th century buildings with guests from around the world in our independent, boutique hotels. Join us at the Platt Mansion at 617 Niagara and be a part of history.

Although your host Chris is not originally from Buffalo, he’s here to stay and loves sharing all the great things about it with guests. We’re your ambassador to Buffalo whether it’s your first time here or regular guest looking to experience something new.
